At Beach Buddy USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day refund policy under the following conditions.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet these requirements:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Provide Details – Include your order number and reason for the refund request.

• Return the Item – If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• Items returned after 5 days of delivery.

• Used, damaged, or altered items.

• Final sale or clearance items.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
